    Some Bits & Pieces

However, I do have to say:

Racheal had her baby!  YAY!  It's really exciting!
Racheal and Paul's baby Bella Lily was born on Saturday (22nd April)! So congratualtions to Paul & Racheal. Also Sophie and Liam - who have a new baby sister, and their Aunty Nay who finally has 'a new baby to cuddle'. The amount that Rachael was so completely pregnant, I really thought that Bella was going to be born weeks ago, but I am so stoked for them!

This weekend, I did... barely anything really, but I went to a BBQ with Chantel to Southbank on Sunday, which was really really fun.  Ironically though, I didn't drink all weekend except one glass of champagne on Sunday afternoon, and I felt like absolute CRAP this morning. The BBQ was awesome & I had such a good time.

Lately, I have been so exhausted all the time, that I don't want to do anything.  Also, due to the evilness that has posessed my car lately, comibined with the fact that i have to pay my rego next week, I can't really afford to do very much :(

I talked to Frank on Saturday morning (at like 7am  when i was trying to sleep) for the first time in ages, which was pretty awesome.  He told me that he really loved his new job, and he comes back in NINE WEEKS! I'm so excited.

At the moment, I am completely and utterly loving (perhaps as much at the oc... perhaps not) Patricia Cornwell - warning - the link scared the crap out of me because my speakers were on and I didn't expect it to make noise! Particularly, the Scarpetta Series.  I started reading her book 'Point of Origin' over the Easter weekend, and I really really liked it, so I went back and started reading them from the beginning, because there has been pretty much one book a year since 1991, and they are all in chronological order since then.  It creeps me out though, because it's one thing to watch a scary movie and be ok with it, but it's another to read a book.  The book thing makes it scarier because it's all about your peception.  It's your interpretation and your imagination, and that's scary. You can't turn your brain off!  Sometimes I wonder if i could turn my brain on, but i don't think it works that way! :P

I don't think I have mentioned the OC yet, but my new favourite thing is the Television Without Pity recaps I have never laughed so much in my entire life. I reccommend it to everyone who loves the OC, and everyone who hates the OC but watches it anyway.  I have a love/hate relationship with the OC.  The storylines shit me to death sometimes, but I can't help myself but become engrossed in it.

Thats all I can think of for now.  CIAO.

Prostitutes In Cleaveland! ... sorry, I can't help you

I love checking the statistics to this site to see how many people look at it, but also where everyone comes from.  MSN auto-updates it every day or so, so unless I check, I don't know where any specific hit comes from.  Yesterday though, I got a hit from google for a search of finding+prostitutes+in+cleaveland - right now, I am number 23!  Yay Me!! That's my favourite number!  It's a shame I don't know any prostitutes... or anyone who lives in cleaveland... so if you come here looking for either of those things, I can't help you out.

Also, I had one from google uk for do ikea wardrobes need to be attached to the wall? (unfortunatley i'm not as popular as prostitutes in cleaveland on that one - number 34).  Fortunately, I can help with that question - my answer is - in my opinion YES - Ikea wardrobes do need to be attached to the wall.  Unfortunately, they also need to be assembled prior to being attached to the wall, which requires teensy-tiny screws, the ability to read sweedish, an entire afternoon in which to assemble, and the knowledge that by the end of this, you will have said 'fuck' approximately ten million times.  You will also have little bits left over that seem to have no real use.  I think they do this on purpose.  Damn you sven.

Oh, the fun.  In the spirit of googling, and the fact that prison break is having an 'overview of the series' which I don't care about tonight, and 'without a trace' is a repeat, and i don't like that 'house' show, thus I have nothing to watch on tv :( I have decided to google five stupidly random phrases in hopes that it will link to someone's blog, and they will see the referral from my site and look here and do the same thing, although i realise the chances of that happening are smaller than being able to assemble a piece of ikea furniture without leftover bits... so here goes....

and the winner is:  The Adventures of Pie Queen
congratulations... you win... well, nothing, but i hope you have a good Sedar dinner... I have been learning all about Chrismukkah and Sedars, and being Jewish from watching the OC... not that it's really a show that should be used as a serious cultural reference point - they have 28 year old actors portraying high-school kids... but it's a cultural phenomenon that's sweeping the world, whether we like it or not... fortunately, I like it.

    OhMyGod, I hate tuesdays too!

and the winner is:  Leggo my Meggz
warning: it has music and it just scared the absolute shit out of the cat!  AWESOME!  But it's scaring me because I don't know how to make it stop!

and the winner is:  Suck my blog
AWESOME - it opened to the December 2005 page, but the first thing I read was 'robot wisdom will make you smarter'. Damn skippy.  Turns out the whole site is crap central, making it my new favourite place and completely awesome.  I'm going to email him...

AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST (considering this has taken frikking ages)
and the winner is: Random Thoughts

Wow, this was an awesomely fun way to waste a whole heap of time.  Highly reccommended to anyone with too much time on their hands...  Congratulations to all my winners... you win... probably three, maximum five hits from this, you must be stoked (im having issues portraying sarcasm tonight) which I'm sure is completely exciting for you!  However, I did read bits from all the blogs I have linked to, and they don't appear to be crazy satan-worshippers so it seems safe to visit them all again!

That's all for now.  If you are reading this, CHANTEL and CHICKIE, I hereby tag you (because you are the only people i know who actually update their blogs regularly) to google five random sayings and post the links as i have done.  I'm starting a trend... yay me...

Photos from my phone! YAY ME!

My earrings I bought on e-bay (being modelled by Renee because it seemed easier than getting up and going all the way inside to the mirror).  Initially, I thought that the light wrecked the photo but I think it looks alright...

I did Chris's hair to go out the other day like this... There is some debate about whether or not it's gay hair.  Personally, I like it - particularly when I take into consideration the way that it usually looks - like it hasn't been brushed in nine months... So pretty much 50% of people so far have liked it and 50% have hated it...

And that's all for now, photo-wise...

On a completely unrelated topic, last night I went to Dicey's to meet up with Renee and Laura after I babysat my cousin, Aidan, and I HATE garden city with a passion because I dispise looking like crap and running into a gazillion people that I know and havn't seen in ages, but I had a really good time... I saw sooooo many people I knew from so many different times- from primary school to high school, and people I know now...
